Elan Jimenez

Elan Jimenez

Elan hails from Colorado Springs, Colorado where he was a part of the all-male group "The Back Row" at Colorado College, and now resides in Yorba Linda, California. The youngest member of Frequency, he holds down the Tenor part and beats it senseless and once dominated, might break into a solo now and then. In his own time he slings lattes at Starbucks and auditions for cruise ships and local musical theater because he loves to sing and dance! He's also a little quirky and nerdy so he can act kind of unexpected at times. He loves science fiction and so Star Trek is right up his alley (unexpected)!

Kendra Lynch

Kendra Lynch

Kendra Lynch is super stoked to be the new alto for Frequency! She lives in the Long Beach area with her fiancee and two little pet children. She travels from CSU Pomona to San Pedro (LAHC) teaching college students to reach their full vocal potential and LOVES her job! She has a full studio of piano and vocal kiddos of all ages at home and is totally amped to be singing more nowadays, from big choirs to jazz trios. Kendra loves to read murder mysteries, eat homemade tacos (and pretty much everything else) and then try to work it off at the gym in spin class!

Marleena Coulston

Marleena Coulston

Secretly aspiring to be a Disney Princess, Marleena traded the Atlantic for the Pacific when she moved from Maine to California in hopes of being "part of that world." Now residing in Anaheim with her prince, Marc, she can truly say she is living happily ever after. When she is not getting her "Freq" on, Marleena spends her time teaching and directing a blind childrens' choir through the Braille Institute and dabbling in musical theater. Singing with Frequency, she can be found almost always sporting a fashionable shade of purple and whips out the diva hand once in a while when things get a little crazy. She loves sunny days, even though the sun is her enemy, and hates wearing sunscreen. Her friends in Frequency have crowned her "Nightlife" even though she's in bed by 9:00p.m. on Fridays.

Bradley Hampton

Bradley Hampton

Bradley has extensive training in vocal harmony. Most of his teenage years were spent transcribing the music of The Beach Boys, The Hi-Lo's, and Take 6. He would use his younger siblings as his experimental guinea pigs, teaching them those transcribed parts as well as practicing on them his own new creations.

Bradley has shared the stage with great vocal groups such as: Rockapella, The Nylons, The House Jacks, The Blenders, The Drifters, The Bobs, and The Knudsen Bros. Bradley is the music director, a singer, and arranger for the internationally award-winning a cappella group SoundStage. He is also assistant director of the vocal jazz ensemble at Cal State San Bernardino.

Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education with an emphasis in Composition from California State University San Bernardino. One of his arrangements can be heard on "Hims II" by Voicemale. He also arranged the theme song for the web series "Dead Grandma" hosted by Jon Header.

When not composing or arranging, he plays the piano accompanying for various school choirs, chorales, and musical theatre productions. Most recently he has taken position as the choral/vocal department piano accompanist at Riverside City College under direction of John Byun.

Other interests include movies, puppets, trees, flowers, and birds. His friends now know to say "no" when Bradley needs help moving, because of the heavy lifting of dozens of boxes of books on birds from everywhere in the world. Birds also fill the Hampton home, as he enjoys breeding and raising them. What Bradley loves most is spending time with his wife, Jammie, and three daughters, Kayla, Coral, and Daphne.

Tom Keyes

Tom Keyes

Tom Keyes is a resident of beautiful Aliso Viejo, California. It means he lives around some "old plants", or something. By day he is a mild-mannered protector of data, hardware, and software, and he reads your emails. By night he's probably still doing the same thing on a 36-hour shift, but he has an A cappella itch that needs a scratch. He brings the sub-100Hz you came for and is the founder and director of Frequency; which means he wants you to remember the end of the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say...." He is a Father of 3, husband of 1, son of 2, brother of 4, friend of many, and Guitar Hero of Easy, and is actually rather fond of rainy days and Mondays.

Frequency is a 7-member all-vocal "A cappella" band located in Orange County, California and focused on the great pop-rock songs of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and today! We pride ourselves on bringing a passion and energy to the music that comes straight from the human voice—the most versatile instrument ever created!
